All rental rates are per week and include utilities, towels and linens, air conditioning, local telephone calls and cable TV.
Pool Heating is optional and is recommended in the cooler months from October to April, (please see the temperature guide in the FAQ’s section)
If your stay is for less than six nights, an additional cleaning charge of £50 / $80 is incurred.
A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 per stay is due with the final balance 8 weeks prior to occupation of the villa. Your security deposit is refunded within 30 days of leaving, subject to a status report from our Management Company. Daily rates can be quoted on request.
